چکیده

A two-electron basis-set completeness profile is proposed by analogy with the one-electron profile introduced by D. P. Chong (Can J Chem 1995, 73, 79). It is defined as Y(α, β) = ∑m ∑n〈Gα(1)Gβ(2)|(1/r12)| m(1) n(2)〉〈 m(1) n(2)|r12|Gα(1)Gβ(2)〉 and motivated by the expression for the basis-set truncation correction that occurs in the framework of explicitly correlated methods. The two-electron basis-set profiles provide a visual assessment of the suitability of basis sets to describe electron-correlation effects. Furthermore, they provide the opportunity to assess the quality of the basis set as a whole—not only of the individual angular momentum subspaces, as is the case for the one-electron basis-set profiles. The two-electron completeness profiles of the cc-pVXZ (X = D, T, Q), aug-cc-pVTZ, cc-pCVTZ, and SVP-auxiliary basis sets for the carbon atom are presented as illustrative examples. © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Analytical Comparison of Methods for Calculating the Completeness of VGI

Spatial data, which is one of the main needs of human societies from business organizations to the general users today, cannot meet the needs of a wide range of users without changing the structure of conventional methods of data registration and updating on a metropolitan scale. Open Street Map, as one of the most successful implementations of the crowdsourcing approach to spatial data with th...

Potential-Density Basis Sets for Galactic Disks

A class of complete potential-density basis sets in cylindrical (R,φ, z) coordinates is presented. This class is suitable for stability studies of galactic disks in three dimensions and includes basis sets tailored for disks with vertical density profiles that are exponential (e−|z|/z0), Gaussian (e−(z/z0) 2 ) or locally isothermal ( sech(z/z0) ). The basis sets are non-discrete and non-biortho...

Characterization of fuzzy complete normed space and fuzzy b-complete set

The present paper introduces the notion of the complete fuzzy norm on a linear space. And, some relations between the fuzzy completeness and ordinary completeness on a linear space is considered, moreover a new form of fuzzy compact spaces, namely b-compact spaces and b-closed spaces are introduced. Some characterizations of their properties are obtained.

Generalized concept of $J$-basis

A generalization of Schauder basis associated with the concept of generalized analytic functions is introduced. Corresponding concepts of density, completeness, biorthogonality and basicity are defined. Also, corresponding concept of the space of coefficients is introduced. Under certain conditions for the  corresponding operators, some properties of the space of coefficients and basicity crite...

A CHARACTERIZATION FOR METRIC TWO-DIMENSIONAL GRAPHS AND THEIR ENUMERATION

‎The textit{metric dimension} of a connected graph $G$ is the minimum number of vertices in a subset $B$ of $G$ such that all other vertices are uniquely determined by their distances to the vertices in $B$‎. ‎In this case‎, ‎$B$ is called a textit{metric basis} for $G$‎. ‎The textit{basic distance} of a metric two dimensional graph $G$ is the distance between the elements of $B$‎. ‎Givi...
